Team and Leadership Skills

What is it about?

The 2 day course is about developing interpersonal and leadership skills for maximum impact within a team. It looks at what makes a team successful in the air and which characteristics need to be in place for a team to be an effective one.

This course provides a unique opportunity for individuals to practice and develop positive communication skills, building confidence, a high self esteem and a sense of self awareness along with an enhanced ability to be a proactive and highly effective team member in the airline world.

  • Individuals at the preliminary stages of pilot or cabin crew assessment for a flying career
  • Individuals with limited leadership experience
  • Individuals with limited teamwork experience
  • Individuals recently completed college or university
